I’m so happy you’ve found your way here.

I’m the woman behind Soft Energy Healing, a space I’ve created for women who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready to explore what it means to feel like themselves again.

My journey into this work has been shaped by my own experiences of motherhood, relationships, personal growth and the moments in life that have made me question who I am outside of all the roles I play.

Becoming a mum was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life, but it also brought a lot of change. Somewhere between the responsibilities, routines and constantly being needed, I began to realise how easy it can be to lose touch with the parts of ourselves that make us feel alive.

And I know I’m not alone in that experience.

Over time, I became drawn to practices that helped me slow down, understand myself on a deeper level and reconnect with what truly matters to me.

Because sometimes, when we’ve spent so long giving our energy to everything and everyone around us, we forget that we’re deserving of that same energy too.

Today, through Soft Energy Healing, I bring together Reiki, meditation, intuitive conversation and other holistic practices to create a space where women can pause, reflect, release and reconnect.

I believe we all deserve to feel connected to who we are, to trust ourselves, to experience joy and to create a life that feels meaningful beyond our responsibilities.

My sessions aren’t about telling you who you should be or giving you all the answers.

They’re about creating space for you to explore what’s happening within, understand what you need and begin making choices that feel right for you.
